I have been in the lending industry for 12 years and have extensive knowledge of finance. I am profound in investment loans, SMSF loans, construction loans, Owner-occupied loans, and purchases through a trust. I am well-versed with self-employed applicants and the ability to extract all data from all income sources. My personal belief is to ensure that every customer is assisted with the best customer service and have strong long term relationships with all of my customers with implementing this on a daily basis.

Mel holds over 15yrs of Banking/Finance experience with one the big 4 banks. The years in finance has enabled Mel to build a broad knowledge base and perfect the experience she offers to her clients.

Outside of work Mel is a local girl to the Maitland/Newcastle are and she enjoys her time with her Husband Josh and 3 beautiful children. Mel also enjoys fitness and travelling with her Family.
Jason has over 6 years experience as a qualified mortgage broker and is well versed with both PAYG and Self employed income.
